Sign the Petition: Add Ivermectin Access to the Special Session Agenda
While medical liberty advocates celebrated major victories in 2025, some critical work remains unfinished. However, the most widely supported bill championed by Texans for Vaccine Choice during the 89th Legislative Session—one that would have allowed Texans to access ivermectin without a doctor’s prescription—died on the House floor due to a deadline.
Governor Abbott just called a Special Session to address select policy issues, but unfortunately this policy was left off the agenda.
But it’s not too late! Governor Abbott has the power to add this measure to the call and follow the lead of other states that have made ivermectin available in pharmacies everywhere.
